Position: Operations Manager- Order to Cash
Industry: IT BPO company
Location: NAGA, Camarines Sur
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 95,000 negotiable
Schedule: Night shift
Work Set up: ONSITE

Job Requirements:
✨ Open for bachelors and non-bachelor’s degree
✨ Open for CPA or non-CPA
✨ With at least 6-7 years of work experience in finance and Accounting
✨ With at least 5 years of work experience managerial role
With experience in operations management for at least 8-10 years
✨Amenable to work night shift
✨Can start as soon as possible is a big plus

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
✨ Identifying the process improvements to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
✨ Drive transformation initiatives, managing change effectively to ensure smooth transitions and ✨ minimal disruption.
✨ Developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
