Responsibilities
  • Repair of PCs/equipment (both within and outside warranty)
  • Install new hardware
  • IMAC - Install, Movement, Add, Change
  • Install CP standard and approved software
  • Preventive maintenance of PCs/ Servers (Cleaning)
  • Back-up of IT Servers
  • Maintain IT Services Helpdesk database
  • Generate daily IT Operations Report, quarterly WCS Compliance Checklist, daily Bitlocker, broken SCCM
  • Business Contingency Plan (BCP) Testing
  • Purchase requisition of IT equipment, parts/ supplies
  • Special services
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational).
  • 3 years of working experience in IT is required.
  • Knows around I.T stuff (Software and Hardware)
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Technology, software and applications.
  • Good communication skills in oral and written.
  • Can work under pressure and urgent request.
  • Diligent and proactive
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig City.
