Support Thakral One’s rollout by ensuring project deployments are coordinated seamlessly. As Fiber Optic Deployment Coordinator, you’ll manage schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication to keep optical deployment teams on track.

  • Coordinate daily deployment schedules, site readiness, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, risks, and milestones for management reporting.
  • Consolidate field test results, site reports, and documentation for client submission.
  • Act as the bridge between deployment engineers, technicians, and NCR/Ciena stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, permits, and escalation handling during rollout activities.
  • Ensure project delivery compliance with client standards and safety protocols.
The Expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in telecom/optical rollouts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with optical transport networks (DWDM, OTN, Ciena equipment) an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills, proficient in MS Excel/Project.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
