Industry: Lennor Metier, recruiting on behalf of a Salary Range: ₱100,000 - ₱120,000 Work Setup: Hybrid Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: Makati Your Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation. Support and align with the Project Manager for project objectives, deliverables, and obligations. Coordinate with P6 planner for proper scheduling of activities and progress reporting. Coordinate with project stakeholders. Ensure timely material delivery and equipment availability. Oversee all on-site construction activities related to COMS and AFC infrastructure, such as fiber optic cabling, GSM-R, structured cabling, Backbone Transmission System, and other subsystems. Ensure construction complies with approved designs, drawings, and technical standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols aligned with railway and telecommunications regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Ensure compliance with relevant construction and railway safety standards including DOLE DO13 and COSH. Monitor construction expenses and ensure adherence to the budget. Manage contract variations and change orders. Provide input on cost estimates and construction feasibility. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in railway telecommunications projects. Strong knowledge of railway safety standards, telecom systems, and infrastructure development. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 and MS Project). Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, GSM-R, and structured cabling. Certifications in Construction Management, Safety (e.g., COSH), and Project Management (PMP) are an advantage. Ready to take the next step in your career?
