IMMEDIATE HIRING BOOKKEEPER Job Responsibilities Create, update, and manage the QuickBooks accounting system Verify the correctness of bills/statements received Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reports Prepare payment schedules in Excel format and Accounting system Process and pay bills promptly after verification and approval Prepare monthly and quarterly BIR tax filings Support the external accountant by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries for financial statement preparation Record and process expenses, purchases, sales, and collections Record banking transactions, such as telegraphic transfers, online banking, and check preparation for approval Analyze employee liquidation expenses Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Must have solid understanding of general accounting principles. Demonstrated experience with full-cycle bookkeeping: recording transactions, reconciling bank/accounts, accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry Must be analytical, detailed-oriented and with good oral and written communication skills ( English and Filipino ) Knowledgeable in MS Office applications ( MS Word, Excel and Outlook ) Knowledge to operate QuickBooks or any advance accounting software Knowledge of BIR tax compliance is an advantage Familiar with BIR Receipts Possesses Good Working Attitude, Hardworking and can withstand pressure works industriously Amenable to work in Quezon City Full-Time position available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
