- Identify and develop new business opportunities for coding & marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, TTO, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase printer capabilities and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and customer engagement.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best printer solutions based on their industry and production setup.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration of printers into customer operations.
- Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate with service technicians for more complex problems.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and technical inquiries.
- And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- At least 3 years B2B Sales experience.
- Required experience in technical sales.
- Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willing to do field work.
- Comfortable speaking with people across all levels — from frontline staff to decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with clients, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
