About the role
Surebiz Corporation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a full-time position, this role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment, providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of dining room staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers

  2. Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  3. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies and equipment

  4. Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and prompt manner

  5. Conducting staff training and development to maintain and improve service quality

  6. Assisting the restaurant manager with administrative tasks and reporting

  7. Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisor or similar role

  2. Strong leadership and people management skills

  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  4. Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory management, and cost control

  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Proficiency in using relevant hospitality management software
