Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and data-backed talent intelligence. Drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Partner with HRBPs and department leads to anticipate future talent needs and plan proactively. Act as a true talent advisor—not just a resume pusher—to stakeholders, guiding hiring strategies for specialized and technical roles. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field Experience in leading a team of Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments Excellent communication skills Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the BPO or RPO industry Hybrid expertise in both mass hiring and executive recruitment is an advantage Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills Operates with a high degree of integrity and can maintain the confidentiality of information Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Technical Recruiter (UK Recruitment Firm, WFH) #J-18808-Ljbffr
