Job Highlights Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.14 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 4 hours a day flexible within Central business hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within Central business hours Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Handle all transaction coordination tasks that don’t require direct seller interface Communicate with title companies throughout the transaction process Coordinate with internal office administration team Manage social media posting and content publishing Write basic copy for social media posts Maintain consistent social media presence across platforms Execute posting schedules and maintain online brand visibility Requirements Experience in real estate transaction coordination Knowledge of title company processes and procedures Basic social media management skills Ability to write simple copy for social media posts Proficiency with social media platforms and posting tools Ability to work independently without direct client interaction Comfortable working 20-30 hours per week in 4-6 hour blocks Scope Mostly no direct client or seller communication Focus on back-office transaction support Basic social media assistance (no strategy or campaign development) Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
