The Social Media Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing and sales goals. This role requires a blend of creative content creation, meticulous community management, and data-driven analysis to ensure a consistent and impactful online brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for all social platforms.
  • Stay current on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share compelling daily content.
  • Customize content to optimize performance and audience engagement on each unique platform.
  • Coordinate with graphic design, video, and other marketing teams to ensure all content is on-brand and high-quality.
  • Utilize scheduling and publishing tools to manage timely posts.
  • Act as the public-facing voice of the brand, monitoring all social channels for mentions and feedback.
  • Manage the online community by promptly and professionally responding to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
