Bits of your job
  • Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to identify needs or issues.
  • Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions via telephone.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company image.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Place outbound calls to promote new products and services.
  • Complete call notes and reports and update them in the database.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
  • Other related tasks as needed.
Key expectations
  • Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Base salary of $500-$700 per month, plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings of $1,300+ per month.
