What You’ll Be Doing Support end-to-end home loan applications by conducting employment checks, PEP searches, and preparing credit notes—while staying aligned with credit policies. Stay on top of document and valuation management, including tagging documents, collecting upfront fees, and chasing valuation reports and quotes. Collaborate confidently with stakeholders like credit teams, valuers, settlement officers, and introducers to keep things moving. Navigate Loanapp with ease to fast-track applications and make sure no file gets left behind. Keep risk in check by following regulatory standards and reporting anything that doesn’t look right. About You Experienced in Australian mortgage and loan support within a lending or finance environment, with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Background in SMSF and preparing credit notes is required. An excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal English skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong administrative and data entry capabilities. Customer-focused and self-driven, able to work independently while maintaining a high level of service.
