Responsibilities

  • Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to defined specifications.
  • Support production by providing timely quality control feedback and release approvals.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company SOPs.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and QA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or related science field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Quality Control Analyst in a manufacturing setting (FMCG, pharma, food, or chemicals preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and lab safety practices.
  • Familiarity with documentation practices, data integrity, and compliance standards.
