Overview Accelerated Development Program (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (MBA) – ByteDance, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are looking for MBA graduates to join in 2026. The program is designed to accelerate growth through hands-on experience across multiple business areas with rotations and exposure to leadership opportunities within ByteDance eCommerce. From Day 1, you will be a full-time employee rotating through three business areas to gain cross-functional exposure and insights into ByteDance eCommerce. Responsibilities Join a high-impact development journey and participate in rotations across three business areas. Develop hands-on experience, build networks with stakeholders, and grow technically and strategically. Contribute to strategic initiatives and potentially assume leadership or operations roles by program end. Rotation Opportunities Business Intelligence and Platform Strategy: work with real-time data, uncover trends, diagnose opportunities, and translate insights into scalable strategies. Category Strategy: identify growth levers (pricing, assortment, branding, seller development) and guide GTM initiatives. Special Projects: tackle platform-level challenges with broad exposure and stakeholder management. Category Operations: onboard and train sellers/creators with data-driven playbooks and community-focused support. Program Details Rotation tracks and timelines are 18 to 24 months and may adjust based on priorities. Preferences and skill sets are considered to ensure a valuable and impactful experience.
