Responsibilities

  • Lead the aftersales and service function, ensuring machines remain reliable after purchase
  • Manage the team of technicians for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure spare parts availability and timely fulfillment of customer needs
  • Oversee warranty claims, complaints handling, and technical support
  • Conduct dealer and farmer training on proper use and maintenance of machinery
  • Collect feedback from the field and work with management to improve products and services
  • Build a service culture that blends family-business care with professional reliability
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field
  • At least 7 years’ experience in service/aftersales/technical support, preferably with agricultural or heavy equipment
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery maintenance and spare parts
  • Track record of managing technicians and service operations in provincial or rural settings
  • Customer-oriented, able to handle escalations while maintaining relationships
