About The Role

We are expanding our Operational Excellence team to power the next stage of growth at EXUS, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy Business Systems Analyst to optimize the tools, systems, and workflows that drive our operations. This role focuses on turning complexity into clarity, enabling teams through technology, and continuously improving the way we work. As we grow, our systems should align with strategic goals, scale effectively, and help build a workplace where people can thrive, collaborate, and enjoy their work. You will oversee tools evolution, automation, and data-enabled decision making to support high-value work.

• Optimize Internal Tools & Automations & User Enablement
• Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, HubSpot) to support scalable operations, including user enablement and documentation
• Support rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement
• Improve Processes & Workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards
• Generate Insights Through Data & Reporting
• Conduct analysis and maintain dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making with data integrity
• Support Change & Project Execution
• Assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization
• Ensure Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to internal and external audits, support reviews on the application of operational standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and best-practice sharing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT/software environment
• Hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), AI-enhanced tools, or project coordination experience
• Project coordination or Agile project management experience
