Job Description Develop and deliver learning and onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition between HR onboarding and functional integration. Identify skill needs and implement learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth. Support communication and change management strategies for the Global Capability Center in Manila, ensuring effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Strengthen the employee experience by helping design and execute engagement activities such as events, clubs, and other initiatives that foster learning, connection, and belonging. Act as a capability resource across the organization, supporting knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of learning and development practices. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, communication, or related roles (required) 1+ years of experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment (preferred) Experience in events management and employee engagement initiatives (a plus) What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid 3x in office in Makati Can be amenable to work night shift or mid‑shift Contact: Hannah Acasio #J-18808-Ljbffr
