Learning & Development Lead

About the role As our Learning & Development Lead, you will design, develop, and manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role leads curriculum design, instructional delivery, onboarding, and integration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to build a high-impact learning culture. What you'll be doing Design and implementation of L&D programs based on skills gap and organizational needs End-to-end development of learning content and curriculum (online and face-to-face) Optimization and administration of LMS for program delivery and tracking Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality learning experiences Measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Model or similar) Onboarding program design and deployment for new hires What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field At least 3–4 years of solid experience in L&D roles Experience in curriculum design and instructional design using ADDIE or equivalent Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong facilitation and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other content development tools Experience with Adobe applications or other design/editing software is a plus Strong analytical, planning, and project management capabilities English proficiency (verbal and written) About us A leading provider of integrated solutions.
