About the Role

The Senior Sustainability Consultant will report to the Delivery Head of the Consulting team and actively work with a team in the area of Corporate Sustainability.

The role will require the Senior Consultant to work on projects in the area of Energy management, GHG emissions, Environmental management and Sustainability reporting. The role entails engaging with Clients and leading gap assessments, training/workshop facilitation, report writing, data analysis and project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management and Execution

Lead and implement sustainability-related projects by defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration

Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies and action plans that align with clients' business goals and industry best practices.

Sustainability Expertise

Provide expert guidance on local and international environmental regulations and standards, ensuring full compliance and alignment with sustainability frameworks.

Implementation Support

Support clients in executing sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Risk and Opportunity Analysis

Identify and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities to help clients mitigate potential challenges and capitalize on sustainable business advantages.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data to generate insights, measure performance, and meet reporting requirements (e.g., ESG, GRI).

Capacity Building

Design and deliver training programs and workshops to strengthen both client and internal team capabilities for long-term sustainability management.

People and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality project delivery, professional growth, and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications and Expectations

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability projects involving GRI, TCFD, CDP, and SASB frameworks.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, or related management system standards is an advantage.

Expectations

● Education: Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or in Environmental Sciences

● At least 5 years of experience working on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and related standards / best practices

● At least 2 years of experience in leading sustainability related projects covering standards such as GRI, TCFD, CDP and SASB.

● Able to multitask, and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment and focus on highest value outcomes.

● Strong oral and written communication skills - English is a MUST

● Detail-oriented with problem solving mindset and strong analytical thinking ability.

● Open-minded and keen to learn

● Willingness and ability to network with senior decision makers optimize social opportunities and close the deal.

● Experience from consulting/auditing industry and client servicing function is a PLUS

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
