Job Description Drive adoption of processes, systems, and best practices across all users by designing, developing, and delivering training programs. Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs to ensure consistent adoption of processes, systems, and best practices for agents and internal users. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to support learning continuity. Facilitate engaging training sessions across various stakeholder groups. Assess training effectiveness and competency achievement using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis, consultations, and competency assessments. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure training programs are aligned with L&D frameworks and business objectives. Support implementation of People Development Plans and other learning initiatives for internal clients. Apply coaching techniques to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement. Manage multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training design, or analytics‑focused training roles. Experience creating and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including BPO agents and internal account managers. Exposure to workforce, operational, or performance analytics is a plus. Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience in a fast‑paced/high‑volume industry is preferred.
