Join the G Nation today OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts in-depth financial analysis to support decision‑making processes (including cost per unit trends) Analyze budget variances of assigned Tech&Ops Division and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Prepare reports on budget performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Processes and verifies Technology & Operations’ invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitors and tracks expenses of the assigned Tech&Ops division for accurate accrual accounting. Coordinates purchase requests and reviews purchase orders. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any purchase‑related issues. Prepare periodic status reports on Memo‑to‑spend, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and invoices. Immediately flag risks of any delays or issues. Displays Ability to adapt with the latest changes in fast‑paced technology trends Full understanding of agile ways of working and project management Strong analytical skills to perform in‑depth financial analysis Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoice processing and financial reporting Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues. Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting procedures, and regulations. Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills. Experience with ERP systems i.e. SAP (preferred). Problem‑solving abilities to identify areas of improvement and propose strategies. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload effectively. Delivers Timely and accurate financial analysis reports. Efficient invoice processing and compliance with company policies. Accurate accrual accounting entries and allocation. Comprehensive and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders. Smooth coordination of purchase requests and purchase orders. Effective monitoring of departmental budgets and identification of cost optimization opportunities. Qualifications At least 3‑5 years of experience in IT Finance, TBM, Cost Accounting or Internal Accounting. Experience in service‑based costing is a plus. Preferably with background in the technology industry handling application development and technology operations. Data wrangling skills and advanced spreadsheet (Power Query, Power Pivot) skills.
