Responsibilities

  • Effectively funnel G4B and Non-G4B leads through Inbound Sales Account Managers, BPO and Aggregator Partners
  • Monitor flow through of applications and ensure conversion rate is par or exceeds industry standards
  • Drop-offs handling of B2B Commercial Products
  • Ensure target activity rate is maintained
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and monitoring of small to medium account opportunities ensuring each Tier is properly graduated or downgraded

Sales Execution

  • Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals when necessary
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities

Market Analysis And Reporting

  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the territory
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management

Product And Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Provide ongoing training to the sales team on new products and services
  • Ensure that the team can effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
