This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking remote Sales Executive Outbound Sales Cycle in Philippines.

We are currently spearheading a dynamic B2B sales campaign that demands a deeper level of expertise and sophistication than traditional consumer selling.
This is a graveyard shift schedule.
Compensation: PHP 40,000 Base Salary per month plus uncapped commission.
Sales Executives can earn PHP 1,000,000+ annually
Average monthly earnings @ PHP 55,000+, Super Stars earn PHP 100,000+
Uncapped bonus commissions
Position Overview
- We are seeking dedicated, results-driven B2B sales professionals to join our team as Sales Executives, focusing on outbound B2B clients. You will engage with cold leads and prospective clients, conveying information about our services in a personable and authentic manner. This role is suited for seasoned salespeople with consultative and solution-based sales strategies. Strong outbound sales agents should have outstanding communication skills, research proficiency, and an interest in understanding potential clients. Innovative approaches to engage customers and boost sales are valued.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, including end-to-end sales.
- At least 3 years of account management experience and/or history of client-focused solutions selling.
- Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to influence decision makers at all levels.
- Track record of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that drive revenue.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience with is considered a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Exceed assigned sales targets by cold calling, qualifying leads, and guiding customers to closure.
- Cultivate and convert prospects identified through cold calling; maintain contact via phone and email.
- Address objections and concerns raised by prospects and customers.
- Manage the sales funnel from initial contact to closure.
- Strategize and execute activities aligned with growth objectives.
- Present features and benefits of product offerings, identify pain points, and use solution-based selling.
- Maintain records of prospect interactions using designated tools and CRM systems.
Equipment Requirements
- Must have a laptop/desktop meeting minimum qualifications: Windows processor Core i5 or higher; 8GB RAM or higher. Mac is not supported.
- Bandwidth: Download at least 6 Mbps, Upload at least 6 Mbps.
- Dual monitors (19 inches) and headset; a quiet private workspace at home.
