We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax and Accounting Associate to join our Tax and Accounting Department. This role supports the preparation of tax filings, financial records, and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate has an understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and is eager to grow within a professional financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Tax Support: Assist in preparing and filing local tax returns. Collect and organize documentation required for tax audits and reviews. Monitor tax payment schedules and ensure timely remittances. Research tax issues and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Accounting Duties: Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, etc.). Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies, relevant laws, and accounting standards. Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
