Job Title Senior Finance Analyst- Accounts Receivable- Inventory Management (US) Job Summary Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision. Key Responsibilities Processes payments made by customers. Prepares statements of accounts for customers. Answers basic customer inquiries; prepares analysis of accounts. May conduct root cause analysis of late payments and suggest process improvements. Assists in preparing month end reporting. Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Experience Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Qualifications Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts. Processes receivable balances dues under moderate supervision. Prepares SOAs for customers. Prepares analysis of accounts and conducts root cause analyses of late payments. Assists in preparing month end reporting. Will be the firsthand PIC handling BIR 2307 forms.
