We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to bring the Sienna Net-Zero Home to families across the Philippines. This role is not just about selling houses—it’s about offering people a smarter, more affordable, and sustainable way of living. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and manage the full client journey from first contact to contract signing, while ensuring an exceptional and trustworthy experience. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and digital platforms. Target, nurture, and convert inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and presentations. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present products and services. Promote and sell Sienna Net-Zero Homes through digital channels, events, and partner networks. Educate clients on the net-zero concept, highlighting energy savings, income potential, and financing options. Prepare proposals, present offers, and negotiate contracts with prospective and existing clients. Develop and implement online sales strategies to maximize revenue generation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and events. Manage accounts receivable and payable related to client transactions, including billing notices and collections. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat and referral business. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in online and tele-sales (real estate, housing, financial services, or related industries). Expertise in facebook communication, sales, analyzing and presenting data, managing CRMs Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly. Experience with inbound/outbound prospecting, cold calling, or online sales strategies. Familiarity with housing loans, financing, or similar schemes is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, or innovative housing solutions is an advantage.
