Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, bilingual professional to support our Project Director in managing complex engineering documentation, schedules, and communications.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the right hand to the Project Director, managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Translate and interpret technical documents and meetings (Mandarin English ).
  • Review and organize engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation control.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Initial Offer : 6-month project-based contract (subject to renewal)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • HMO coverage starting Day 1
