- Lead efforts to build and sustain valuable relationships with hotel suppliers
- Negotiate new and renewed contracts to ensure competitive availability and pricing
- Analyze market data, set targets, and monitor supplier performance to drive business growth and optimize market share
- Promote WebBeds extranet system and ensure seamless integration with supplier processes
- Manage supplier accounts, negotiate rates and allotments, and assist with issues related to payment, rates, etc.
- Set targets with suppliers based on account management
- Run allotment utilization reports, monitor availability, and adjust allotments as required
- Convert third parties into direct business to gain more market share in the territories
- Introduce WebBeds Group to new suppliers
- Encourage use of the WebBeds extranet for suppliers to update changes
- Ensure Direct Connect rates are open and updated year-round
- Build market intelligence from sales feedback and third-party systems to respond to market demands
- Understand Channel Manager connectivity and functionalities (a plus)
- Monitor booking types and cancellations regularly
- Prepare reports from internal tools to identify contract weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
- Support the sales team with requests related to special rates, FAM trips, or other operational needs
- Supervise loading of negotiated conditions with hotels
- Support Operations with overbookings or booking-related queries
- Build professional relationships with suppliers through travel events to understand market trends and product needs
- Support projects assigned by market/region/company with a diversified commercial mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism
- Independent, mature, positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Aggressive go-getter with passion for securing the best deals with suppliers
- Sunny personality; enjoys working with people and networking within the organization to leverage WebBeds’ global network in the Philippines
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to review supplier performance to optimize results
- Willing to travel; good local and English language proficiency; knowledge of Visayan dialect is a plus
