What You’ll Do

Looking for an opportunity to leverage my expertise in global facilitation and leadership development? The Senior Trainer, Global Leadership Development position holds primary responsibility for global facilitation and effective implementation of TTEC Leadership Institute (TLI) and BUILD curricula and initiatives. In addition to corporate initiatives, you will partner with their manager to coordinate, facilitate & support Operational Leadership Development initiatives. You\'ll report to the Manager, Leadership Development. You\'ll contribute to learners\' success through facilitating training programs. As this position is the primary facilitator of leadership development curricula, you are responsible for gathering and providing feedback to support the development and refinement of GLD and site-based leadership development programs. The Senior Trainer must actively contribute ideas in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of activities/ courses/ policies/ processes.

What You Bring to the Role
  • 2 years minimum experience in training adult learning programs
  • 1+ year of experience leading teams to reach targets
  • Excellence in achieving goals within a remote environment
  • Nurture an inclusive learning environment with your coaching and facilitation skills to lead classes
  • Customer and employee-focused mindset with call center understanding
  • Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg
