Lead Generator For Exhibit Central jobs in Pasig KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understands and translates client requirements into a solution offering.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering demonstrations and presentations.
  • Re-engage current leads and clients of Packetworx.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential clients and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Prepares business plans, cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.
  • Gains client acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Submits proposals by conferring with Engineering regarding costing and availability.
  • Conducts technical information and training to partners and clients.
  • Prepares and tracks sales and project reports.
  • Coordinates with various teams to ensure timely delivery of the solutions and proof-of-concepts (POC) to clients.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Contributes to sales and engineering department’s effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
  • Ensures that sales targets are met.
  • Conducts acquisition and management by ensuring that clients are engaged.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • With at least 1 year experience as Business Development Officer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Registered Engineer is a plus
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the construction industry
  • With extensive experience in construction management, preparation of bid proposals, documents and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Above-average knowledge in data analysis, spearheads report writing, market research and programs

The Sales & Marketing Manager spearheads the marketing initiatives and programs of the company and develops marketing strategies in line with the corporate objectives. Develops the marketing opportunities to meet the sales target of the company.

  • Develops marketing opportunities and plans and implements new sales plans
  • Collaborates with the management team to identify sales growth and strategies
  • Promotes effective business relationships with clients
  • Analyzes budgets and prepares annual budget plans, ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their goals
  • Identifies market trends and suggest improvements and innovations to achieve the company’s sales target
  • Manages the sales and marketing team
  • Collaborates with the engineering team regarding items required by the client for bidding
