Our client is New Zealand’s largest business trading network and has a proud history of over 100 years of success and growth. As a B2B business, they connect leading New Zealand Suppliers to their Members. They help their 16,000+ Members reduce their business costs using their Supplier contracts, in turn bringing Suppliers opportunities for growth. This is a change driven company and provides a dynamic environment with a young, energized team. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Services Executive to join their remote team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in engaging their members and promoting supplier‑led and internal campaigns. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, highlighting the offerings of their 50 suppliers, and driving member engagement with their products and services. This role calls for a highly motivated individual with the ability to engage with New Zealand business owners, sell their products, achieve great results, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams. Job Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Deliver the execution of sales campaigns to promote supplier offerings and internal initiatives. Member Engagement: Proactively engage with members to inform campaigns, answer queries, and provide information on supplier products and services. Customer & Product Knowledge: Learn and continually upskill yourself with knowledge of the company’s offerings and the Members we are engaging with – learn industry, member, supplier & supplier product knowledge and apply this in your pitches. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the Membership Services Manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the Membership Services Manager and wider sales team members to ensure alignment and effective communication. Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse member feedback to refine campaign strategies and enhance member satisfaction. Measurements of Success Membership Services Executive winning supplier opportunities when engaging our members relating to active campaigns only. Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Relationship/Account Management in a remote setting, exposure to the New Zealand market is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and have natural‑sounding conversations. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and MS Office suite. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to drive performance. Highly organised, with strong abilities in following up on activities and managing tasks effectively. Tenacious and business‑savvy, with a proven track record in sales and effective outbound communication. Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work across time zones. Nice to Have Experience in the B2B sector. Familiarity with the New Zealand market and business environment. Additional Information Hourly Rate: $10.00 - 12.00 USD This is a full‑time remote position (40 hours per week) with working hours typically from 9 am to 6 pm NZT, Monday to Friday.
