Job Summary The Export Section is responsible for the overall management and growth of the export business, focusing on achieving sales targets, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with international partners. This role requires a strategic mindset to manage sales budgets, analyze market data, and align departmental efforts with the company's key business drivers. The Export Section Lead will ensure a seamless flow of communication with trade partners and internal support groups while upholding company policies and values. Location :70 Sgt. Esguerra Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, 1103 Metro Manila Key Responsibilities Achieve specified volume and value targets for the export territory. Drive effective revenue management strategies. Align the entire department with the company's key business drivers. Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with key customers and business partners. Build and manage the export section as an effective business group. Prepare and submit timely sales forecasts and comprehensive monthly sales reports. Manage the sales budget for the assigned territory. Continuously track sales trends and record related data to refine supply and demand strategies and maximize profits. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective sales promotions. Establish and maintain strong working relationships and commitment with all trade partners. Ensure smooth and efficient communication with the Support Group to effectively manage the requirements and needs of trade partners. Set and enforce performance standards for trade partners. Conduct regular territory visits and business reviews to assess market conditions and monitor competitive activities, including brand launches, advertising campaigns, and pricing. Maintain an accurate and updated database of all existing and potential accounts to aid in identifying needs and to inform the planning, development, and implementation of programs. Adhere to the Company's policies, guidelines, and core values, and work enthusiastically with colleagues to pursue the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
