Join Ivoclar as a Regional Customs & Foreign Trade Specialist – APAC Are you passionate about international trade and customs compliance? Ivoclar is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead customs and foreign trade operations across our APAC region. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customs procedures, broker coordination, and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth import/export processes, managing Free Trade Agreement operations, and supporting our regional teams with your expertise. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the regional contact for Ivoclar APAC subsidiaries, customs brokers, and authorities. Advise on customs procedures, valuation, and regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate master data (tariff codes, origin) across regional plants. Oversee import/export clearance and manage broker relationships. Maintain trade lane overview and customs authorizations. Support Free Trade Agreement operations and certificate issuance. Monitor customs operations and implement corrective actions. Review customs costs and ensure proper account assignment. Track legal changes and coordinate compliance actions. Provide internal training and support audits. Identify and mitigate customs-related risks. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in customs and foreign trade, preferably in a regional or multinational setting. Strong knowledge of APAC customs regulations and Free Trade Agreements. Experience with customs clearance processes and broker management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in trade compliance systems and tools.
