We take pride in our newly-built manufacturing facility situated in Binan, Laguna, where our products come to life. This facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and a highly skilled workforce, ensuring that the quality of our offerings remains second to none. Responsibilities Quality Control Testing: Perform routine and ad-hoc chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Conduct sensory evaluations to assess flavor, aroma, and overall product quality. Utilize analytical instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and analyses performed. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing testing results and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to update and maintain quality documentation. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to alcoholic beverage manufacturing. Ensure that the manufacturing processes align with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with regulatory bodies for audits and inspections. Work closely with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance overall product quality. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. Must be a licensed Chemist. Must be willing to be assigned on shifting schedules in Biñan, Laguna. Work experience in laboratory testing is an advantage. With good analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Open to fresh graduates with a valid license as a Chemist.
