About the role Become an Agency Partner/Financial Advisor with Piscis Austrinus Agency' in Butuan City, Cagayan del Oro City or Gingoog City. This full‑time role will allow you to provide expert financial advice and insurance solutions to our growing client base. As an Agency Partner, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their financial future. Candidates must be Philippines citizens to be eligible for this role. What you’ll be doing Develop and maintain a portfolio of insurance and financial planning clients Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to understand client goals and risk profile Recommend and sell appropriate insurance and financial products to clients Must possess all required licences for selling insurance and financial products before starting the role Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships with clients Attend regular training and development sessions to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and regulations Actively participate in marketing and business development activities Maintain detailed records and comply with all regulatory requirements What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry (Agency or Bancassurance) Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients Solid understanding of insurance and financial planning products and regulations Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g. MDRT, CFP, etc.) MDRT certification is required for this position What we offer At Piscis Austrinus Agency', we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our team.
