Overview
- Receive, check, and verify the completeness and accuracy of all import documents (e.g., Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin).
- Encode and organize documents into the company's filing system.
- Ensure documents comply with BOC and other relevant agency requirements.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date physical and digital database of all records.
- Assist the Clearance Officer in retrieving documents as needed.
- Liaise with clients or suppliers to request missing or corrected documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a documentation, admin, or logistics support role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience may be considered.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
