Encode and organize documents into the company's filing system. Ensure documents comply with BOC and other relevant agency requirements. Maintain an organized and up-to-date physical and digital database of all records. Assist the Clearance Officer in retrieving documents as needed. Liaise with clients or suppliers to request missing or corrected documents. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field. Previous experience in a documentation, admin, or logistics support role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience may be considered. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills.
