Role Description

As an HR Administrator , you will provide day-to-day human resources support to Eiger's Client in coordination with the ADP TotalSource Professional Employer Organization (PEO). While major HR administration (payroll, benefits, risk management, compliance) are managed through ADP, this role ensures seamless communication, administrative support, and execution of internal HR-related activities. The HR Administrator will serve as the internal point of contact for employees and management regarding HR processes, assisting with onboarding, employee records, compliance documentation, and coordination with ADP TotalSource.

Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, policies, and processes.
  • Coordinate with ADP TotalSource on payroll, benefits, employee relations, leave of absence requests, and compliance matters.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and coordinating with ADP for setup.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee files, ensuring documentation is updated and compliant with company and ADP requirements.
  • Support managers with employee status changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) by initiating and tracking updates through ADP systems.
  • Ensure federally- and state-mandated postings, documentation, and compliance acknowledgments are current and communicated.
  • Track employee time-off requests and ensure they are properly documented and submitted in ADP.
  • Help coordinate annual processes such as open enrollment, performance review cycles, and required compliance training, in partnership with ADP.
  • Generate HR reports and workforce data from ADP upon request from management.
  • Support internal company culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and communications.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience providing HR support and administrative services for a US-based organization.
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills, easily understood by Americans.
  • Familiarity with ADP TotalSource or similar HRIS/PEO platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.
  • Willingness to work the evening shift, starting between 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila Time.
  • A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps (download and upload).
  • A high-performance PC with the following specifications:
  • - Minimum 6-core processor (2.5 GHz or higher)
  • - At least 16GB of RAM
  • - Minimum 500GB SSD hard drive
  • - Windows 11
  • - Dual monitor setup
  • - HD webcam and a noise-canceling headset
  • - Installed Microsoft Office Suite
