I Duties and Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Management Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff assigned to recruitment, payroll and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and records management. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company and subsidiary goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of field, technical, and corporate employees. Oversee performance management systems and recommend training programs for staff development. Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions with consistency and fairness. Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety, and agricultural industry standards. Design and administer compensation and benefits programs tailored to both farm and corporate employees. Promote employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive organizational culture.

  • Administrative Management Oversee general administrative functions including facility maintenance, permits, utilities, and asset management. Supervise staff handling transport, and security operations. Manage vendor and service provider contracts (security manpower, consultants). Ensure efficient inventory management for office supplies. Coordinate company-wide events, meetings, and communications.

  • Shared Service Management (Subsidiary Support) Provide HR and Admin shared services for the corporate farming subsidiary. Standardize policies, systems, and processes across entities while addressing site-specific needs. Ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting for both parent and subsidiary. Deliver timely manpower and HR metrics reports for management decision-making.

  • Leadership and Compliance Lead, coach, and evaluate HR and Admin team members to ensure high performance in their respective facets. Ensure compliance with all government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Implement health, safety, and welfare programs across plantation and corporate environments. Partner with senior management on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management.

III Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and Administrative management experience, preferably in agriculture, plantation, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising HR staff across different functions (recruitment, payroll, training, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, government compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance corporate HR requirements with field-level operational needs.
