About the Opportunity

Prisma International Corporation, a U.S.-based Language Service Provider (LSP), is hiring an HR Administrative Associate to support our remote operations team in the Philippines. This role involves HR coordination, sourcing, administrative support, and other related tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive, with a passion for organization, communication, and efficiency. What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR and admin functions including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and contractor records using tools like , Salesforce, and Dropbox.
  • Support internal communications, announcements, and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate schedules, prepare HR-related reports, and assist with timekeeping documentation.
  • Help implement HR initiatives and process improvements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations, Dispatch, and Leadership teams to support cross-department goals.

Who Can Apply

  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience.
  • Experience in HR, admin, sourcing, or coordination roles is highly desired.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using HR, CRM, and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, , WhatsApp).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection, personal computer or laptop, and a quiet workspace.
  • Can work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Contract Terms & Work Arrangement

  • This is an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • The engagement covers approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Work is performed remotely using your own equipment and internet connection.

Compensation & Perks
