Call Center Communications Trainer – Cebu City (Hybrid) Position Title: Communications Trainer (Cebu) | HybridWork Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite during training period) in Cebu Start Date: ASAP Account Type: Talent Skilling Support Type: Support Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent (High school/senior high school) At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any industry Open to process trainers, even those from non-BPO backgrounds Exposure to American culture is a plus Key Responsibilities: Needs Assessment: Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement. Curriculum Development: Create training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs. Training Delivery: Conduct workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview skills.
