Position Title: Graphic Designer/Admin Support

Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time

Our client, a growing business in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer/Admin Support. This role is primarily focused on producing professional, high-quality marketing materials while supporting the team with occasional administrative tasks when design work is light. The ideal candidate will combine technical graphic design expertise with strong organisational skills, ensuring output consistently meets a 5-star standard.

The client will provide the wording for projects — your role will be to creatively position the text alongside images, graphics, and maps for maximum impact and clarity.

Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer/Admin Support:
  • Design and manage marketing materials using InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Create flyers, brochures, IMs, LinkedIn graphics, EDMs, and proposals with consistent branding.
  • Ensure all materials achieve a polished, 5-star layout with professional positioning of wording, images, graphics, and maps.

Administrative Support (as needed):

  • Perform basic CRM updates and data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support when not focused on design.
Qualifications as a Graphic Designer/Admin Support:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design (InDesign, Canva, Photoshop essential).
  • Strong layout design skills, with proven ability to produce professional, client-ready materials.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering polished results.
