About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and responsive Brand Identity Designer to collaborate closely with our founder and bring our vision to life. This is more than logo design — we're seeking someone who can craft a full brand identity that captures who we are, how we serve, and how we show up in the world.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced across every touchpoint — from our logo and colour palette to how our brand appears on vans, brochures, merchandise, and digital platforms.

This is a hands-on, full-time project spanning 1–2 months, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and has a track record of delivering strong brand identities within service-based industries.

What You\'ll Do

  • Partner closely with the founder to understand the vision, values, and goals of the business.
  • Design a complete brand identity including:
  • Logo and variations
  • Colour palette and typography
  • Visual elements and graphic systems
  • Tone of voice guidelines
  • Create mock-ups and applications of the brand across different formats (e.g., vehicles, brochures, merchandise, signage, digital assets).
  • Develop a cohesive brand style guide that can be applied consistently across the business.
  • Ensure the brand is practical, scalable, and adaptable for future growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Fulfill advisor marketing design requests for collateral and materials for print, signage, and screen.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company\'s brand guidelines by using and customizing the appropriate templates.
  • Ensure accessibility in all designs to cater to diverse audiences.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and/or screen
