The Business Analyst will conduct detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, and create requirements documentation. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, working with stakeholders to understand needs, assisting with project management, and ensuring solutions align with business goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and business processes. Proficiency in creating detailed reports and documentation. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of FinTech and banking industry trends. Team‑oriented collaboration abilities. Experience with business analysis tools and software. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
