Position Vacancy: Business Analyst (BA) – 3-Year Contract Contract Duration: Three (3) Years Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days a week Position Summary The Business Analyst serves as the principal liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The primary objective of this role is to modernize systems and processes through rigorous analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements. Responsibilities Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Identify, document, and analyze business requirements. Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions. Modernize systems and processes. Demonstrate experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML). Qualifications Educational Attainment: Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related courses. Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as a Business Analyst AND minimum of two (2) years of IT-related experience.
