What does this role look like?

You will perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Some of your main responsibilities :

  • Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
  • You might be profiled to our Employee Relations team, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits team or Talent Acquisition team depending on your preferred department.

Nice to have :

  • Good to excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
  • Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details

WE’RE HIRING FOR A HR GENERALIST PH AT MANILA Excis is a global IT support leader. We’re looking for an HR Generalist PH who will support APAC shift under Manila team and play a key role in managing daily HR operations, employee relations, and process improvements. Responsibilities include handling employee case management, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR analytics. Ensure smooth HR processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive organizational culture.

What You’ll Do :

  • HR Case Management & Employee Relations: handle queries, resolve grievances, mediate disputes, develop engagement programs, analyze exit feedback
  • Onboarding & Training: manage pre-boarding, orientation, IT/security setups, assess training needs, develop materials
  • Payroll & Compliance: process payroll, administer benefits, ensure tax and labor law compliance, maintain audit-ready docs
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: collect/analyze metrics, prepare reports/dashboards, support data-driven decisions
  • Process & SOP Improvement: HR audits, identify gaps, update SOPs, automate repetitive tasks

What You Need :

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and employee benefits administration
  • Excellent conflict resolution and grievance management skills
  • Ability to mediate and foster positive employee relations
  • Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Analytical skills to interpret exit data and recommend improvements
