Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - APAC (Hitachi Solutions)

Job Description

Job Overview : The position is responsible for collating and analyzing financial and operational data for Hitachi Solutions in APAC and providing support for management reporting and ad-hoc financial reports for the Head of Finance APAC.

Reports to : Assistant Vice President (AVP) Finance - APAC

Employment Type : Full-time, permanent

Work Schedule : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location : Full-time work from home (until further notice). Office address is in BGC, Taguig City

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data
  • Research macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions
  • Prepare accounting and other required reports and projections
  • Establish and evaluate records, statements, and profit plans
  • Identify financial performance trends and financial risk
  • Coordinate with Finance team and with Operations Team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Provide financial models and make financial forecasts
  • Prepare outputs such as budget templates, rolling forecasts, and monthly monitoring reports
Task Output
  • Working Paper Templates on Budget and Monthly Rolling Forecast
  • APAC Budget Worksheets per ODIN Entity and Consolidated
  • Monthly Monitoring Report of Actual vs. Budget
  • Monthly Detailed Rolling Forecast
  • Any other ad-hoc analysis as required by Head of Finance or Top Management
Qualifications
  • CPA required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Experience in various aspects of accounting and finance
