Job Summary Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate , who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged. The Client Engagement Associate is also expected to provide part-time support for the back-office team. Work Schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays Position Type Full Time Work Arrangement Remote Essential Functions Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter Manage 8 coaches per day and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go "off-script" as necessary after training Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me Required to place outbound calls when needed Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results Strong written and verbal English skills Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills Ability to own tasks and be a team player Experience in a multi-client environment Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed #J-18808-Ljbffr
