Investigation Associate

Overview Investigation Associate (9‑month contract) – Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO), Amazon Philippines. Key Information 9‑month short‑term contract. 2 months onsite training in our office in Pasay, followed by WFH arrangement when requirements are met. Worksite must be in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal. 5‑day work week, including weekends, holidays, and flexible days. 9‑hour day schedule inclusive of lunch break. 24/7 operations with shifting, rotating, and night shift possibilities. Minimum internet connectivity: 200 Mbps speed, 100 GB/month data via a reliable provider. Dedicated, quiet workspace required. Key Responsibilities The Investigation Associate will investigate and eliminate online e‑commerce risk. Responsibilities include: Authenticate customers and complex transactions using strong judgment and analytical skills. Make decisions independently with high accuracy and little guidance. Engage proactively with team members, leads, management, and third‑party vendors. Participate in productivity and quality assurance evaluation. Collaborate with the SEPO team to meet goals and contribute to department development. Basic Qualifications At least a high school diploma (or equivalent); candidates with investigation or customer support experience welcomed. 3 years of relevant work experience or fresh graduates and career freshers encouraged to apply. Dedicated home workspace free from background noise. Postpaid wired fiber internet connection, 200 Mbps or better, 100 GB/month. Excellent written and spoken English; ability to compose clear and concise responses. Strong interpersonal skills and clarity in communicating transactional issues. Logical problem‑solving ability. Self‑disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Strong time management and organizational skills. Availability to start on 24 November or 1 December 2025. Preferred Qualifications Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and basic automation. Experience in investigations, payments, security, or banking domain. Intermediate knowledge of E‑commerce.
