Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer. The role focuses on managing supplier invoices, payment scheduling, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial processes and deadlines. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Code, check, and enter invoices in Moveware, ensuring correct allocation to jobs, waybills, and purchase orders.
  • Schedule invoice payments in line with supplier terms.
  • Process subcontractor and international agent invoices, including multi-currency transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice-related discrepancies and queries.
  • Reconcile invoices against supplier statements.
  • Prepare payment schedules and generate electronic payment files for weekly disbursements.
  • Maintain batch books, ensuring balances align with the General Ledger.
  • Scan and archive paid invoices in supplier folders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with Moveware is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations, payment processing, and supplier management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good English communication skills for handling internal and external queries.
  • Exposure or experience working in the removals and storage services to the Australian and export markets is highly advantageous
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
