Our client, ReSource Pro , is a 21-year-old provider of integrated, innovative operational solutions to US-based insurance organizations. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees globally and 400+ clients.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you will:

  • Coordinate and execute daily hiring tasks to ensure an efficient recruitment process
  • Engage and communicate effectively with candidates to promote RSP’s Employer Value Proposition
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and branding activities
  • Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and manage job advertisements to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Assist in developing monthly recruitment advertisement plans and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Update recruitment records accurately and generate basic reports when required
What You Need (Non-negotiables)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
Preferred skills/experience
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition is an advantage
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good presentation skills and attention to detail
